    I’m working on a Hien with an exposed engine but can’t find any clear, detailed, pictures of the top. Can you tell me what reference material you used for the engine?

      When you’d like to build Ki-61i with Ha-40 engine, you can refer to the famous photos below.

      But as to Ki-61ii with Ha-140 engine, there’s no photo showing how the auxiliary equipments on the top of the engine were. So, for my build, I researched it on some diagrams of coolant, fuel and oil from “Maru Mechanic Book” to reason how they would look like.
